Fall (or autumn as they say in europe) is here and the dorkbotic community wants to be close to microchips and electronic circuits to find some warmth. We are preparing new dorkbot events where we are expecting to see you again. The first date (or in those non romantic situations is appointment?) is on November 17th at El Mercat de les Flors during the NEO festival. You're from the "farandula" world and need an electronics or informatics wizard to take your talent to a superior level? The answer is yes? Keep on reading because the Espai d' Intercanvi Artistic is made just for that.

Do you believe your project or your skills could in some way be linked to dramatic arts? Are you looking for specialists from different artistic disciplines or different dramatic specialties to carry out a project? Are you looking for a project to put your artistic skills into? If the answer to any of these questions is "Yes" we recommend that you go through the E.I.A. It is a free entrance informal space, with a coffee shop and a nice atmosphere, where collective platforms of resident artists on the one hand and individual artists on the other will be able to meet and exchange their opinions, projects, in short, get to know each other

SIMPOSIUM
From November 13 to 17, the Institut del Teatre will house the I Non-Conventional? Scenic Arts Symposium under the tittle “About ‘the other’ theatre”, which comprises five conference days, practical demonstrations and debates, which creates a space of exchange involving scenic arts, specifically those disciplines supported by NEO Festival (expressive drama, image, new technologies, puppetry and objects). This symposium aims to generate activities that focus on the promotion and diffusion of scenic culture, which may provide both professionals and audience tools and practical and theoretical resources useful for the development of shows created with non-conventional dramatic forms

The Dorkbot Family will be there, putting on a show and presenting the most hallucinating digital, electronic and robotic experiences.
